放棄特教服務
如果您認為孩子已經沒有特殊教育需求，希望能放棄接受特殊教育服務， 可以提出「放棄特殊教育學生身分」聲明，向原就讀學校辦理，學校特推會討論通過後送「特殊教育學生鑑定及就學輔導會」審查。以下為相關流程與資訊，提供您參考：一、放棄特教服務申請對象:
符合以下情況的孩子可以提出申請：
(一) 已鑑定通過且有特教服務的學生「放棄」特教服務。
(二) 學生於提出鑑定安置程序中「中止」或「放棄」特教鑑定程序。
(三) 學生於提出鑑定安置程序完成後「放棄」特教鑑定結果。
二、放棄特教服務重要時間:

三、要如何申請:
- 請向學校提出申請。
四、家長需檢附何種資料:
1. 已鑑定通且有特教服務的學生「放棄」特教服務，請學校檢附「放棄接受特教服務聲明書」。
2. 提出鑑定安置程序中「中止」或「放棄」特教鑑定程序，請學校檢附「放棄申請鑑定服務切結書」。
3. 提出鑑定安置程序完成後「放棄」特教鑑定結果，請學校檢附「放棄特殊教育鑑定安置結果切結書」。

Withdrawal from Special Education Services
If you believe your child no longer requires special education services for their development and learning, you may apply to withdraw your child’s special education student status. The school will first process the application, and after discussion and approval by the school’s Special Education Promotion Committee, it will be submitted to the Special Education Student Identification and Placement Counseling Committee for review and confirmation. The following provides related procedures and information for your reference:
Applications may be submitted under the following circumstances:
- Students who have been officially identified and are currently receiving special education services but wish to withdraw from those services.
- Students in the process of identification and placement who decide to terminate or withdraw from the procedure.
- Students who have completed the identification and placement procedure but decide to withdraw from the result.
- First Round: September–October
- Second Round: February–March
Parents should submit the application through the school, which will assist with the subsequent process.
Depending on the situation, the following documents should be provided:
- For students already identified and receiving services → “Statement of Withdrawal from Special Education Services.”
- For students terminating or withdrawing during the identification process → “Affidavit of Withdrawal from Special Education Identification.”
- For students withdrawing after completion of the identification process → “Affidavit of Withdrawal from Special Education Identification and Placement Result.”
